**Return Policy**

**Overview:**
Wheels and tire packages are non-returnable unless they are damaged or delivered not as described. 

**Return Request:**
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You will need to provide photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy to process your claim.

**Eligibility:**
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unfitted, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

**Damages and Issues:**
Inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

**Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:**
- Wheels and tire packages are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

**Exchanges:**
Exchanges/ trades are prohibited.

**Refunds:**
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company.
